These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded on the teksill.com website, subject to the special conditions indicated in the presentation of the products.
Teksill Solutions Inc. cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded due to fortuitous events, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications or other situations beyond his control.

Sales are final, no refunds, no returns of merchandise.
Teksill Solutions Inc. undertakes to replace the product received, only in the event of a manufacturing defect.

You agree to return the goods to us in their original packaging.
Reimbursement of defective products is full. It is made by reimbursement to your credit card, as soon as possible, following receipt and verification of the goods.
The customer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale as well as the refund policy, prior to placing his order. The validation of your order therefore constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale and the refund policy.

Price
The prices of our products are indicated in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes.
Delivery costs are included in the prices of products offered online.
Sales are for Canada only.

Product availability time
Products appearing on our site are presumed to be available. If you have ordered a product that is unavailable after validation of your order, you will be immediately informed. We will cancel your purchase. If the amount had already been debited, you would be reimbursed immediately.

You can order our products directly on our website.
To place an order on our site, choose your items and the required quantity and add them to the cart. Validate the contents of your basket.
If you already have a customer account on our site, please identify yourself.
If you do not have a customer account on our site, you will be able to create one.
If you do not wish to create a customer account, you can place an order as a guest.
Check the “delivery” box for validation.
Choose your payment method and check the box “acceptance of the general conditions of sale and refund policy”.
Validate your payment.
You will receive an email confirming your order to the address you indicated when ordering.
Check your order details and total amount. Correct any errors beforehand before any acceptance.
Delivery of the product will only take place upon full payment of your order.

We only deliver to Canada.
We deliver exclusively to the address indicated by the customer.
Delivery times are indicative. They may change due to different factors such as carrier availability and destination.
Payment terms
Only credit card payments are accepted. When paying online, indicate your bank card number, its expiration date and the 3 digits written on the back of it. Online payment is secured by the Stripe service (https://stripe.com/fr-ca-ca).
Full payment for the order is required.
Interpretation
The user understands and accepts the pricing, regulations and all the clauses mentioned above.
Applicable rights
Both this site and the terms and conditions of its use are governed by Quebec and Canadian rights regardless of the place of use.
